COLOR: I NEED A HERO - opal base with shimmer, NOT glitter.

This polish is very sheer. If you put it over a natural nail, it will be milky white with a pink/teal halo. If you put it over a color, it will make whatever color you use have an opalescent quality with the halo colors.
