Hi, I’m Kimberly, founder of Chic Nailtique, Educator and Distributor with Queen Ladybug, and a nail professional with over 30 years behind the table.

I’ve built a successful career doing nails in three different states, with full books, longtime clients, and more lessons learned along the way than I could ever fit on this page. Somewhere along those 30 years, I realized that what I’ve learned shouldn’t stop at my own nail table.

I believe great nail professionals aren’t created by simply memorizing steps. Understanding why something works—the structure, the product, the technique—gives you the confidence to make better decisions at the table and create beautiful work that lasts. That’s how I teach, and it’s the philosophy behind Chic Nailtique.

In 2026, I decided it was time to put my work in front of a new set of eyes and entered my first nail competition at the USA International Nail Cup in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I came home with First Place in Salon Style French—an accomplishment I’m incredibly proud of and another opportunity to keep learning, growing, and raising the standard of the work I bring to my clients and students.

Chic Nailtique brings it all together: carefully selected professional products, practical education, and real-world knowledge gained from decades behind the table. My goal is to help nail professionals build the skills, knowledge, and confidence to create successful, financially rewarding careers doing something they love.
